Brittney Leigh Lower (born August 2, 1985) is an American actress best known for her roles as Liz in Man Seeking Woman (2015-2017), Tanya Sitkowsky in Unforgettable (2011-2017), and Severance (2022-), the last of which earned her a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series in 2025, for her dual roles as Helena Eagan / Helly R.
