Biography
William Boulware Jr. was an American professional wrestler and referee. He began his career in 1984 with Jim Crockett Promotions after having experienced homelessness. He mostly wrestled as a jobber, known for his energy and resilience in the ring. In 1990, with WCW, he briefly took on the character Little Richard Marley before returning to wrestling and later becoming a referee until his retirement in 1998. After retiring, he founded the BWA promotion, focused on family-friendly and community events, and took part in youth outreach programs. He passed away in 2022 at the age of 64.
